What it does
LightVela, built by the Tencent lightweight-cloud team, hosts a Hermes-based agent in a dedicated cloud environment and puts it inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Slack. It keeps long-term memory, installs skills, runs scheduled tasks, and asks for confirmation before deleting data or taking external actions. It is a lighter, messaging-first take on the always-on, cloud-hosted personal agent.
